How RYTZ Sourcing Works
We help shops, boutiques, online sellers and other small businesses source small-batch and mixed-product inventory through Thailand markets, retail channels and local suppliers.
We Review Your Request
We review whether the request is practical based on the product type, likely availability, quantity, budget, sourcing requirements and shipping considerations.
We Show You Options
Depending on the request, we may send product examples, a relevant Product Collection, a recommended product mix or a preliminary quote.
You Approve and Pay
You confirm the product direction, quantities, acceptable substitutions, packaging requirements and other important order details. Customer-specific products are purchased only after payment has been received.
We Source and Prepare
We purchase the approved products, check the order and prepare the items for shipment. Most orders are sourced, prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after product approval and payment, depending on availability and order requirements.
Shipping Is Confirmed
Final shipping is based on the packed weight, packaging, courier method and destination. Shipping is confirmed separately rather than guessed before the order is packed.
Delivery Timing
International delivery commonly takes approximately 12–14 days after dispatch based on our current shipping experience. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier processing or destination conditions.

Priority sourcing, faster order preparation and expedited shipping may be available for time-sensitive orders.
Expedited service must be discussed and quoted separately based on the order size, product availability, required timeline, courier method and destination.
