Rachel brings over 20 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, product development, and sourcing. She has worked closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and international retail teams, giving her a strong understanding of product selection, quality, buyer expectations, and what makes an item commercially viable.
Jason “Yitzi”
Jason “Yitzi” is an American living in Thailand and focuses on client communication, sourcing coordination, quote organization, supplier follow-up, and helping buyers understand their options clearly.
His role is to make the process easier for buyers who want someone they can communicate with directly and trust to stay on top of the details.

RYTZ comes from Rachel and Yitzi, combining the people behind the business with the sourcing work we do.
